Esmerly is a legal assistant at Bardavid Law. Esmerly graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2018, with a BA in Law and
Society. During her studies in college, she also received her certification for Legal Translation and Interpretation in Spanish. She completed a court-interpreting internship in the Bronx Courts in 2018. She also worked with the Legal Aid Society in 2019, where she completed her Criminal Defense Investigative Internship. Esmerly handles client interaction, filing with various immigration courts, takes client payments, translations and various form preparation for the entire office.
